TThe Stuart Rossiter Trust was established in 1985 and became active in 1994, the purpose is to promote research into the history of the Postal Service and to support publication in this area. We are most pleased to have been appointed the exclusive US distributor for there fine titles.

The format is quality paper and printing but a soft binding with a colored cover and film covering. The books are all to be in small editions. Reprinting will be limited to a second run immediately after the first when it is evident that the initial demand was not satisfied, as with the Albania and Epirus book.

We are most pleased that our US prices are essentially the same as if you purchased them in England. The $ prices are post paid to a US address, for other countries we charge the actual postage.

The lack of knowledge of German is no problem at all, but Mr. Proud has again reverted to his past exploits in the quality of the printing and binding, there isn't any quality. The other is on German Locals, it is an extremely useful volume and the only comprehensive work on the subject, for this book a knowledge of German would be most useful, one can work it out with a German-English dictionary.

Intercepted in Bermuda, The Censorship of Transatlantic Mail during the Second World War by Peter A. Flynn Bermuda was the main point for censorship of mail going by air or ship between the Americas and Europe.
